Each lodge has it’s own fully-equipped kitchen.  If cooking is not your passion, you can choose from pre-select menus that can be catered to your room.  If you prefer a night out of your lodge, you are welcome to join other Wilderness Gate guests in our dining room. We can also arrange car service to one of our lovely, nearby restaurants.

The gourmet cuisine at Wilderness Gate will be created under the auspices of the award-winning and personable Executive Chef Joseph Wrede who in a 2000 Food & Wine Magazine was named one of “America’s Best Chefs”.

Chef Wrede’s well-trained staff will focus on fresh, local ingredients to satiate your personal palettes and gladly accommodate any special dietary requests.
